Civil Rights Act Of 1991
The Civil Rights Act of 1991 amends several sections of Title VII Of The Civil Rights Act Of 1964 which prohibits employment discrimination against individuals based race, color, religion, sex and national origin as follows:  | Extends antidiscrimination laws to cover all aspects of employment. |  | Allows individuals claiming intentional discrimination based on gender, handicap or religion to sue for damages and choose a trail by jury. |
