National Origin Discrimination
Title VII of The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits employment discrimination based on national origin. These laws make it unlawful for an employer to fail or refuse to hire or to terminate any individual because of national origin. It is also unlawful to discriminate against any individual with respect to compensation, terms, conditions, opportunities, status or privileges of employment because of national origin.
